Hi, I'm Nicolette — a self-taught baker who fell in love with the art and care behind this hobby. I started baking before I could remember, from making Pillsbury cookies at the age of 3, to baking totally from scratch at only 7. Baking has been my dream and passion since I could think, and I'm so excited to share with you all the delicious recipies I have created over the years.
Every item I make is baked fresh to order — no preservatives, no shortcuts. I believe the best baked goods are the ones made slowly, with good ingredients and a little patience.
